These ridges collect (flavoured) steam droplets and causes them to gather, drop and disperse back into the food being cooked.\u00a0 This ensures that\u00a0food stays moist and enhances flavour even\u00a0more.<\/li>\n<li>Inside, the pots have a\u00a0<strong>large radius corner<\/strong>\u00a0for ease of use and to remove corner food traps.<\/li>\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>base<\/strong>\u00a0of the pots is slightly thicker than the side walls.
