The rectangular pan lends itself to chargrilling larger items such as courgettes or up to 4 good size steaks.  As with all our products, no seasoning is required and it is PTFE free. With technology developed in Japan, our new ‘Pro’ series is the ultimate range of cast iron cookware. Tough as can be, the pans have textured Protech Plus enameled interiors which is PTFE free and does not require seasoning. Designed with commercial kitchens in mind. Pro features all of the benefits of the standard range but in addition metal utensils and even wire wool for cleaning can be used. It is also better for high temperature searing and browning.
